Ayr Sketch club was formed at the turn of the 20th Century to provide a forum for local Ayrshire artists to exhibit and discuss their artwork. Many renowned artists exhibited with the club throughout its history. Today, exhibited paintings and drawings continue to demonstrate a diverse amount of talent within the club of 50 artist members and 9 lay members.
